Secured Lending has been established to provide shareholders access to a diverse portfolio of lending opportunities to small and medium sized enterprises.
Loans by Secured Lending may be in real estate, infrastructure or land, amongst other sectors. All loans will be to UK controlled companies. In order to reduce the risk to capital, any loan that Secured Lending makes will be secured against the underlying assets of the borrower. Secured Lending is targeting to have more than 50% of its loan portfolio in the cleantech energy sector, with a focus on UK solar and battery storage projects.
Our Portfolio
Secured Lending existing loan portfolio is across the leisure, real estate and solar sectors. Secured lending has provided loans in excess of £29 million since it was established in 2014 with no loan defaults in that time.
